Fluffy low calorie high protein pancakes made from whey protein powder, flour and egg whites. These are great for a traditional style high protein pancake for breakfast or dessert and are delicious on their own or with added toppings. Sweeten them up with frozen berries, sugar free maple syrup and low fat, low calorie yoghurt or even try add maple bacon for that famous Canadian touch. For a lower carbohydrate option try using coconut flour.
