Raw cacao is the ultimate 'bliss' food - used in Mayan sacred ceremonies, it was known as Theobroma, the ‘Food of the Gods’, due to its theobromine content. Theobromine will give you energy, boost your mood and enhance blood flow, and it's complemented by the divine anandamide (‘the bliss chemical’), serotonin, dopamine, and phenylethylamine (‘the love molecule’).
